  • For health service professionals to provide assistance
  • To process payment for our services or to receive donations

  • Name, address, telephone number and email address for billing and communication purposes
  • Location information helps us to predict travel time, waste disposal availability and other location-based logistics. It also enables us to provide specific information about local council services and grant funding specific to the customer in question.
  • Promotional content is produced on a quarterly basis and we have an ‘opt in’ policy whereby you will only receive it if you have specifically signed up for this content.

We may share this information with health professionals and local authority social work team in cases that we feel require a Safeguarding referral or with you express consent to do so.

How we store your personal information

Most of the data collected is used for accounting purposes, as such it is a HMRC requirement to hold records for 7 years.

Any IT service data that is collected can be removed securely at your request subject to any contractual obligations. Your personal information will not be held for longer than is necessary and is retained and destroyed securely in line with legal requirements. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Should we find any evidence of a data breach we will notify you within 72 hours.
