Our partnership with Flagship Services this quarter has provided us with the starting blocks needed to start expanding our services out of Suffolk.
Lofty Heights is working closely with a variety of departments at Flagship; in Suffolk and Cambridge, we are working on the reduction of void properties, clearing the properties to a lettable standard, and ensuring people facing a housing need can move in quicker; Whilst in Norfolk, we are working with the tenant service team, with specific focus on hoarded properties that are putting the tenants at a greater risk of eviction, therefore our vital support is going some way to reduce this outcome.
